Why is it so important to take care of yourself?
Well everything effects EVERYTHING.
Our state of wellbeing is influenced by EVERY part of our lives; mental, physical, spiritual, emotional/psychological and social health. Think about it that’s our, health jobs, relationships, financial situations, environments, spirituality/Faith, hobbies, ability to adapt, diet, coping mechanisms and so forth! So I think we can agree that our STATE of wellbeing is pretty important.
We often hear the phrase “can you walk in my shoes?” or “I’d hate to be in your shoes” – our shoes carry our decisions, our mistakes, our traumas, our testimonies, our happy moments! – you name it and we all have a pair with a story to tale!
